Privacy Policy

You can browse, copy codes, save deals and follow stores without an account. We collect as little as we can: server logs, and product analytics tied to a random per-browser id (not your name or email) that you can switch off. If you give us your email on the Join page, or create an optional member account, we tell you exactly what that stores below. We never sell data, and we run no advertising trackers.

Server logs: our infrastructure records IP address, browser type and requested page for security and abuse prevention; logs rotate automatically. Product analytics: page views and actions (code copied, deal saved, search run) are stored against a random id generated in your browser, plus country and language. We never record your name, email, comment text or search terms in analytics, and you can opt out. Join page: if you submit it we store your email, and the optional name, WhatsApp number, country, interests and channel choices you give us. Community: a comment stores its text and the display name you choose; votes and reports store a one-way hash derived from your IP so one person cannot vote twice, never the IP itself. Member accounts (optional, when enabled): Supabase Auth holds your email, and we store your profile, saved deals, followed stores and community standing. Affiliate click-outs: the offer, time and country, as below.

When you use a "Get deal" or store link, you pass through our /go redirect, which records the offer, the timestamp and the country, this is how success rates are computed and how commissions are attributed. After the redirect you are on the merchant's or network's site, and their privacy policy and cookies apply, not ours.

Hassalna sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. Copying a code writes to your clipboard at your request; we never read your clipboard.

If you have a member account you can download everything we hold about you as a JSON file, and delete your account from your account page. Deleting removes your profile, saved deals, followed stores, standing and your Join-page contact details. Anything you posted publicly (a comment, an accepted deal) stays on the site but is unlinked from you, so the community record is not rewritten. Without an account, write to hello@hassalna.com and we will answer the same request. Analytics: you can switch product analytics off in your browser at any time; raw analytics rows are deleted after 180 days, and server logs rotate automatically. If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
