Delivery in Saudi Arabia: when it is free and what it costs

Per the Home Box Saudi help centre, standard delivery on household products is free on orders of SAR 250 and above; under SAR 250 it costs SAR 20. Furniture delivery charges depend on location and appear on the Shipping page and at checkout. A service charge of SAR 18 is added to every Cash on Delivery order. Home Box accepts returns within 30 days of purchase with the original invoice, if the item is unused and undamaged. Payment: cards, Cash on Delivery, Tabby, Shukrans

The Saudi store accepts, per the help centre: credit and debit cards issued in Saudi Arabia plus international Visa and MasterCard, Cash on Delivery, PayPal, gift cards, Shukrans with a minimum balance of 200 and a checkout slider to set the discount, and Tabby. Another article adds SADAD if you have no card. If your card is mada, confirm it is accepted at the payment step, since the help centre describes cards by where they are issued rather than by network.

Prices at checkout include VAT, so nothing is added afterwards except the delivery or Cash on Delivery charge where it applies, and those include VAT too. Cash on Delivery carries the SAR 18 service charge and the assemble-after-payment rule above. A Shukran E-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from issue, can be redeemed in part across several purchases, works on full-price and discounted items, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
