More details on Home Box

• Is there a Home Box discount code for the UAE and Saudi Arabia?

Yes. BX15 takes 5 per cent off the order at homeboxstores.com and works on both the UAE and the Saudi store. Enter it in the promo code field at checkout; the 5 per cent applies to the order total shown there, and Home Box displays any product exclusions at that step. The code is shown in clear on this page, and its card carries the full terms, so you never need to hunt through a list of expired codes.

• Can I use the Home Box code with Buy Now?

Buy Now checks out straight from a product page, skipping the usual Basket, Shipping and Payment pages, and the help centre lists voucher codes among the payment methods it supports; whether BX15 is accepted in that flow is shown by Home Box at that step. The regular route is Home Box's own ordering steps: add items to the basket, open the mini-basket and choose Checkout Now, enter the shipping address, enter payment details, then review and place the order. The promo code field is at that checkout, per the code's terms; read the total after applying BX15, because Home Box shows any exclusions there.

• Does Home Box deliver and assemble furniture?

Delivery, yes. For select furniture you pick a scheduled date and time at checkout, or in the UAE a 2-day Express slot, and the charge depends on your location; UAE Express is AED 250. On assembly, the Saudi help centre describes the delivery team assembling products at your address, on Cash on Delivery orders only after payment, and says free delivery and assembly depend on the value of in-store purchases, so confirm with your store. The UAE help centre does not spell out assembly, so confirm on the product page or by calling 800-HOMEBOX. Measure the lift and doors first.

• How do I return a Home Box order?

Within 30 days, with the original invoice, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Three routes: a return request from Order History in My Account for household products, a drop-off at any Home Box store in the same country except items that came by Scheduled delivery, or a pick-up booked by phone, 800-HOMEBOX in the UAE and 8001110888 in Saudi Arabia. Furniture and mattresses cannot be returned online, bedding and towels out of their packaging are not accepted, and card refunds take up to 15 days.

• What is Shukran and does it work with the code?

Shukran is the Landmark Group's loyalty programme: you earn points on purchases at Home Box and the other participating brands and spend them for instant savings. Membership is free for life, with no annual fee and no minimum spend; link it from the Shukran tab in My Account. At checkout, Shukrans are a payment method, usable from a balance of 200 through a slider, while BX15 is a promo code. Home Box's help pages do not say whether Shukran redemption and a promo code can be combined on one order; the checkout total is the only answer. Enter the code, set the slider, and read the total before placing the order.

• Does Home Box do Click & Collect?

Yes, in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and it is free. Pay online, choose a participating store from the drop-down list or the map at checkout, and wait for the SMS and email saying the order is ready. Showing the Click & Collect order number in store earns an additional discount on an in-store purchase on the day of pickup, and products tagged sourced from are eligible too. Whether a promo code applies to a Click & Collect order is shown by Home Box at that checkout.

• Is Home Box in Saudi Arabia the same as the UAE store?

Same brand, separate stores. homeboxstores.com/sa prices in riyals, homeboxstores.com/ae in dirhams, and each has its own help centre and rules. Saudi household delivery is free from SAR 250, SAR 20 below, with Cash on Delivery adding SAR 18 and SADAD accepted; the UAE line is AED 500, AED 18 below, and AED 10 for Cash on Delivery. Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam get household orders placed before 12:00 PM within 2 business days, other areas in 4. BX15 is valid on both stores.

• Does BX15 work on sale items?

The terms say the 5 per cent applies to your order at homeboxstores.com and that any product exclusions are shown by Home Box at checkout, and that is exactly as far as we go. Put the sale items in the basket, enter BX15, and read the total: if an item is excluded, the checkout tells you there. Bank card offers in the UAE help centre, such as the ADIB and HSBC 10 per cent instant discounts, state in their own terms that they cannot be combined with other codes.
